What are the access points and how are they protected from unauthorized connection? Is there a protocol to detect intrusion? Is there a response plan for unauthorized access?
  • Disaster plan: Unlike stand-alone devices, a network failure can have catastrophic consequences. How does the system protect against data loss? What are the safeguards to prevent/detect system disruptions and failures?
  • Audit: What are the provisions for regulator's to audit the system? How is this different from the current on-line systems? What sort of regulatory reports will be available?
  • Upgrades: What is the process for upgrading the system? Will upgrades involve remote access or require on-site work?
